Noticed in the photos that your temperature gauge is way low. You should see it up around 180-190 when its up to temp and loaded.
Is the gauge reading correctly? I looked back through this thread but I didn't see any mention of it running cold. If its really that cold its problematic. Diesels...
Break-in oil will not cause any issues so don't be concerned about using it. A fluids change is always done on any machine that is new to me. I'll give it a test run on the existing fluids (assuming the pass the sniff test) but soon after that, everything gets changed and the rest testing...
If the oil looks good then run it. Get it hot and get it loaded.
Keep an eye on the oil level.
The most important thing is to run it and make it work so everything runs in correctly.
Don't worry about crankcase pressure for now.
