    This made me curious about how the HET compares to something like a Kenworth T800 with a similar wheel base and to other mv. The TM_9-2320-360-10 lists a 67.9' turning radius for HET without trailer, wheel base appears to be 215". The Kenworth book didn't list any tridems, but heavy tandems...

    I'm sure that is high range, I took a quick look at TM & couldn't find a table for low range or what the high/low ratios were so you could figure it out. I did see where the TM repeatedly warned about not exceeding 1200 rpm when in low range, so it would be SLOW.

    Sorry to hear about the ER, paid a visit there myself yesterday- smashed a finger moving furniture I bought from GL for a charity. Hope your situation is resolved or mending at least.

    I would bet that most of the non-runners are an easy fix, but I didn't preview. After I struck out on the M1120A2 units back east, I got one of the Ft Irwin HETs for just under 10k before GL fees. Description said it runs. These sure looked a lot rougher than most of the ones in Fontana.
