Ferro and I made it back to DT at 2115. It was a grand sight, the Long Easy with all the lights on, towing Ferro's M109 and trailer with M37. I pulled in and shut the M814 down, and started drinking hard liquids. So far, every thing is going well. Weather is great, maybe a touch coolish, but...

Well, I fixed the problem of unloading the M37. Just had to wait until the racers quit racing. I found a dirt berm that worked out just fine. So far, Gimpy, Steve, Ron, Carnac and I have the place held down. Ferro is still trying to get out of Columbia. We may have to reroute AMgeneral to...

Problem is that the M814 is not really trail capable with the M37 in the bed. The center of gravity is just high enough to make the Long Easy squirrelly in rough terrain. On hard surface roads, no problem.

See if you can come up with Alternate unloading locations. Its gonna be a long week if I can't get the M37 out of the back of the M814.

Look me up. I am the guy with the longest MV there(M814 XLWB). Buy a 5 ton, power steering is the best thing since sliced bread...............

I have the puller, and will pack it with the rest of the "stuff" to go to the Ga Rally.

I am having to get creative to get the time off, since the date was moved. Still not sure if I will make it or not.

Just made my reservations for B12. I now have sewage, so the price went up to 35/night. Now I just need to convince my boss and a coworker to switch weeks so I can attend.
