    Been running AV plates on the m35 since 2000, never been pulled over. I'm just cheap, but since it seems that I'm always doing maintance oh her, that will be my story:-D

    In ILL if you are running weight plates, yes on the Insp and Yes on having to have backup lights. If running AV plates then no Insp needed.
