Well I actually found a picture of a winch mount with Luverne brush guard - I just don't know where I could get one. Or perhaps this was a custom made one. -

Another possibility from RetiredWarHourses: I see that Block Dog Customs sell those winch specific plates. Requires powder-coating which is not a problem. Just a more expensive option as those Sherpa winches are pricey! -
