Now it was said you could get a new fitting and cut a 1/4'' off the line but even if you could cut the line at the fitting...

    Yea still bet the steel to steel was done at high pressure at the factory. No replacement.

    I thought the ferrule was welded on and it let loose because the vibration clips were not put back on all the fuel lines.
