A bed mounted spare sux.
You'll only have a flat when it is full of firewood or some such.
The door rack is really cool, and I can show you how to make it work easily.
Besides, it will deter any road rage idiots from reaching over it. Just open the door and push...
Ditch the ugly angle-irons atop the winch.
Cut a piece of 3/16 Alum diamond plate to just fit on top of the winch.
Paint, drill, & bolt on.
Does the strength needs, and gives you a place to stand when checking yer oil.
A Harbor Freight engine hoist to lift one side and block it up, then repeat with the other side, lessens the the use of a big ass and grunting.
Works for me, lol.
My retired weapons test engineer buddy was impressed when I told him about your truck.
He said "So somebody finally found one of those old Peroxide rigs". "The one we had at March was repurposed as a crane truck to move stuff around after the Redstone was retired". "Can't be too many left".

My tire guy Steve sells for Southern Tire Mart at attractive rates.
He has supplied me with 20" tubes & flaps for everything up to 14.00-20's.
They also supply tire tools for doing lockring (split-rim, the wrong name anyway) wheels.
Can ship those items needed anywhere in the USA...
Buy the right tools and learn to do your own lock-ring wheels.
Not rocket science, just good aim with the duckbill and know where to hit it. Then pry it apart.
Be ready to sweat and grunt a lot, but it is SO satisfying to get it done.

Beadblast all, paint and save all the good ones.
Get a set of NF taps and do ALL the threaded holes in the truck before reassembly.
The worst are usually those holding down the floor pan over the transmission.
Dodge didn't do squat to prevent rust on these trucks, so it is up to you later...
Rust there is common problem in those Dodges.
I had to fix that once, so I sandblasted off all the rust (top & bottom).
Then I built it up with a fiberglass kit. It lasted over 35 years I know of. No more rust...
Sourcing and replacing the cowl is a lot more work in my opinion.
