Hmm...I put my multimeter on it. Shows 6.46 across the battery when off, and 6.76 with the engine idling at a decent RPM. So I'm guessing I have a bit of an issue here. Edit: Scratch that. Just tried at a higher rpm than before and getting 7.14v

Another thing, I noticed my ammeter is reading zero which would mean the battery is discharging if the gauge is working which I don't totally trust. What is the protocol for testing the output of my generator?
