Success! It was indeed the tractor protect valve. Installed new one today. No leak. Pressure holds. Brakes good.

So, it does not appear to be either of the dash valves. I switched from the Brake TM troubleshooting to the Air System TM troubleshooting and it does appear to be the tractor protection valve. I was actually able to find one and will install it as soon as it arrives.

This is my first air brake truck. So, please excuse my basic questions. Should air be present at the rear glad hands by simply engaging the supply valve or do the brakes need to be applied to get air flow?
