    If money is tight, sell the 4 speed shifter and modify the 3 speed for $20 to work with the 4 speed.

    But a high dollar build with stronger parts and a tv cable that needs proper adjustments or you rebuild the transmission again. 4L80e is the way to go for HMMWV.
