Just saw this 12v-24v wireless backup camera on sale today 20% off at Amazon... https://amzn.to/2P9jYGd I went with a bigger screen, but it looks like a pretty clean option for someone that doesn't want to run extra wires, assuming you have added reverse lights to tap into to power the camera.

Did you add a switch to your gear shifter to link to the camera so it "knows" when you are in reverse? I have some neutral switches and was going to do that, but decided that I like being able to manually control the camera regardless of where I'm in reverse or not.
