Ya... his video is partly why I have questions.... he mentions that the flow through his condenser seems wrong... should be gas in the top. liquid out the bottom, but he shows the high pressure going in the bottom.

Got my condenser unit bolted up... starting to look into the hose routing. I'm a little unsure on how the whole system gets plumbed in. So far I think the output of the pump gets a hose leading to the high pressure service port, then into the dryer, then into the condenser (top or bottom...

Got my interior unit installed today. It was a lot of work, but not a lot of drama. I found it helpful to sit the unit on top of a couple of 2x4's, as well as removing the lower portion of the gunner's platform. That gave me more room to move the unit around to get the wiring and air lines...

OK @ramdough I couldn't wait until the weekend. Here's some pics, but the gist of it is the front most hose is the inflow. If it trace that line back, it goes down along the passenger frame rail, then up towards the front of the engine near the front crank pulley. Both hoses lead here, one...

I'll mark mine before taking it apart and post back which one runs where. Probably won't be until the weekend though.

Thanks Tom, but I actually found mine tonight. The bag of goodies got shuffled into another box of LMTV parts and I stumbled on them by accident.

I did find this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0016HYTBM Which looks like it might be easy to modify to do what I need. I might have to trim the diameter a bit, and probably glue it in place, but it looks like it might be made to work.

The hole is the bottom of the HVAC unit is 15mm, I'd call it the ID, but I suppose it's also the OD. There's not anything protruding out from the sheet metal that I would call an OD, just a hole. And there are two different thicknesses of the metal around the holes. I was able to get a grommet...

Yeah, I've tried multiple search engines, and found surprisingly little that would fit the 15mm hole. I'll dig through these, thanks.

That's a valid concern. No, I've not contacted Red Dot. Honestly I don't expect them to be helpful and/or charge government prices. They probably want $200 for that bag of parts, if I'm lucky.

yeah, dug around in there with a flashlight... no luck. I can't seem to find anything online in the way of a duckbill valve to fit those 15mm holes. Well I did find something but it was like a 12 week lead time from China. Also, I have no idea what the "duct adapter rings" do or look like...

Awesome, thanks for the info. I always hate it when I get something all tore apart and find a surprise. Then you can't use it until you get it all back together, I hate that. Now.... those stupid duckbill drains are the last thing in my way.

I'm trying to sort out the wiring before I drop in my inside unit. I got the wiring harness from Tom. Most if it makes sense one part plugs into matching plugs on the HVAC unit and has connectors for the fans, pressure sensors, and pump. Branching off this is a wire with a spade connector that...
