Get smart first. See if you can not talk to the folks about getting a MEP-831A instead, or money back. If not see if you can adjust the hertz up. And last, but first thing I would do is PM Dewie.
Like I told you. This is NOT a MEP-831A. It looks like it, but do not be surprised or mad if its not. You may get lucky with the adjustment screw. Send a PM to Dewie. He should be able to tell you the real deal.
