    Good job!! Always nice to hear when someone gets a set back on its feet. Ray, the TB for the heaters is in the stuff I set you. They are a rare bear.

    I would assume if you applied 2.5 VAC to the circuit, it should start. But assumptions have a way of biting me on the butt. If a MPU is on order, why bother. Install it correctly. Test the output on dead crank, and try it.

    If the MPU can not read a RPM, then the gen set thinks its not running.

    Of course it will stop the engine from starting. The MPU tells the get set how fast the engine is turning. If the engine is "not" turning, (no AC volts) then the set will not start.

    Of course! Pull it out and look at it. Is it ground off? Re install, (after testing of course) and then adjust it again. I dont know if you have done all this again, but sometimes it pays to recheck, readjust.

    Roger! If someone, ( I am the worst) uses a name for something you do not know, look at the data plates on the doors. There are wire diagrams there. The legend will help you out. If you have not down loaded the TM's from the forum here, you should. Lots of good info.

    Before you start tearing things apart, start simple. put it back together. Leave the injectors out of it. Turn over the engine using batterys or a slave cable. Use S10 to do this. Be advised, any liquid in the jugs WILL come out, and like a high powered water gun. I would cover the holes with...
