The other thing I will add here is the battery charger shown in the HAWKER film clip, IS the Hawker delivered charger to the Military. If I had a big use of 24 volt systems, and saw one of these things for sale, I sure will buy it.

Hawker has a battery charger just for their batteries. Have no idea whats different about it. Just know they do. A Hawker guy I knew from contracting once took 100 Hawker Batteries out of the DRMO, (tagged UNSERVISABLE) and and compleatly recovered 98 of them. That's where I learned the parallel...

Try this. Take a battery, hook it up in parallel to the "bad" battery. I use a set of normal jumper cables. Then hook up your charger to the bad battery. When a charger seances that a battery has extrem low volts, it "decides" that the battery is no good. Let the batteries charge several hours...
