Pull the filters out of the two fuel pumps and clean them. Then pull out the two fuel filters out, (and I hope you have new ones on hand) and change them. Then look at the fuel/water separator. See if its plugged. Cleaning the tank is hard with out removing it. I dont think its hard, but then I...
