Sarid,
It would be better if you had your own thread. It will get you more help, and confuse less people in this thread. If you need help, tell me and I will help you start a thread. Also, what fuse are you talking about?
he did:
“ I checked the cannon plugs J&P 5&6, and they were tight as well as spotless clean on the terminals. “
Doesn't mean there is not a broken wire in the heads, or right behind it.
And do the tests in message #56.
If you take a short piece of wire, and jump from S10-1 to S10-2 the engine should turn over. And that means S10 is bad. If the engine will not turn over, then the wire from S10 to K2 is bad.
No I store it inside my shop at the door so that the exhaust goes out the bay door and it stay's safe and dry no matter what the weather is like.
I could load it into the back of my truck and bring it home as it will fit with the tailgate up in a 6.5' truck bed but I think I can get this now...
All the TM's you need are here. Or in the attachment, is just the wire diagrams.

To check MT4, measure from the right side of MT4 to ground. Should be 24 VDC. Then measure from the left side of MT4 to ground. Should be 24 VDC. Look straight down at MT4, from above. In the middle looks like a fuse-able link. And yes boys and girls, that is what it is more of less. If there is...

problem is a diagram is not a 3D representation of the items plus the harness has a million little wires and the items are not labeled as per a number like CB1
The markings are there. You need to look closer.
Every item you have mentioned, is marked. Within 2 inches of each item, there is marked in white, (I think) ink, what that item is. Each wire has a wire number on it.
Item 34 is the MT4. Its in the control cube. I took this snapshot out of the -24P TM.
Below is the K2, Cranking relay. Item...
Yes, firs thing I did was suspect the batteries and I put the Fluke Meter on them and they make 25V at various points on the geneartor. Panel switch included. (What panel switch. Thats one reason I always refer to the switch name. no confusion then) AMP Meter (What amp meter? I assume the DC...
WIthin reason. The manuals do not show where things are located (Thats what the -24P parts TM is for) only a simple diagram for most of the items.
I downloaded the TM on the generator and it uses a block flow chart to explain things but makes no references as to their actual size/location (All...
This should be an easy thing to solve. Look at this schematic. Trace the wires from the BT-1 and BT-2. Thats the batteries. The 24 VDC comes from the BT-1 and BT-2, to the MT4. Check at MT4 at pins 1&4. You should have 24 VDC. The 24 VDC then goes from MT4-1 to S10-2 Mesure at S10-2. What do you...
