OK, checked vin plate on dash, not there but the vin tag for the pick up vin no was loose in the glove box when i bought it.
This means that someone in its past swopped vin plates, for why is this:confused: guess we,ll never know.
Having said that i still reckon the glove box vin is the real...
Update..
Ok troops the plot thickins....... upon examination of my vin code using the sites vin code decoder it told me i was rolling around in a one ton pick up:confused:
At some stage somone changed the data plates....
The real no was located on the build sheet in the glovebox, it read...
