    What I like about those gear ratios is that you can do 54 mph at redline in 4th gear. That should really help have decent speeds on the hills if need be. Can't wait to see how this one turns out...

    Torque curves on a diesel with turbos are pretty flat. Naturally aspirated are not the same. Even though they are not that bad, they still don't act the same. Isn't the peak torque rated at 1,500 rpm?

    This is why I opted to go the 916/920 route, rather then change my 818. It would actually be CHEAPER to get a 920 and modify it how I want, then try and change the 818 to even be close to where the 920 even started at! Btw, for duals, you can get 44' to 46" tall tires. As for lighter, the...
