    Oh, one thing about POR - it can "activate" and kick off the whole can. I heard others warn about it and didn't believe it but it happened to me. They sell it in a 6 pack of small cans I think for this reason. Anyway, to be safe treat it like rust converter and pour it into another container...

    That fender rust can only be repaired by welding. There are patch panels from Korea that are very affordable. I have used them and I lap the panels when I can get away with it, then seam seal the heck out of everything. The rust converter stuff is great and you can get it by the gallon...
