It was either this or a large tatoo to be different. This was cheaper and painless. I didnt want the flared portion of thimble to be all that was holding the wheel on. Didnt have any closed end lug nuts!

Wheels are on-then thimbels on tight-then plates-then lug nuts. Its the same mounting as duals only the new plate is basically the outside wheel less the rim and tire. The mounting is identical to the stock way. Pete

Changed my M923 from duals to single combat wheels. When I went to put the rears on, I found the stud-lug nut issue. Came up with my own solution that emulates duals-same thickness to allow me to use stock lug nuts. Made the plates out of 3/8" thick carbon steel. Bevel both sides of holes just...
