not sure what they mean by everything straightened out? I could not get a straight answer from them at all and they would not refund due to listing it wrong. Can I ask what you plan on using it for? It’s 50hertz and I would be afraid of screwing up circuit boards and such.

SoI talked with Cindy, she will be calling over to where the generators are and find out what it actually is. You can see in the two pics I posted one tag says 50 hertz the other 60 hertz. These tags are suppose to be on the same generator, however she want to see if they mixed up the pictures...

I certainly will, so far I have called them and explained to a lady what was going on. She had to transfer me to someone in inside sales. No one answered the phone so I left a message if I don’t hear back by 10 I will try again.

Hopefully this is the case, I pick it up tomorrow and will let you know how I make out. Thanks for the input. I have not seen a MEP 831a in 50 hertz, so hopefully it will do 60 hertz.
