I found these photos from patracy's install thread on Recentered HEMTT wheels. A member by the name of "KBarrell" welded these wheels and included those valve stems with the wheels. I dropped him a PM searching for some more info on them but it appears he has not been active in over two months...

I have seen some short haltec stems but nothing that sticks out of the front of the rim, looking forward to a P/N

Does anyone have the part number for the big rig stems that can be used in replacement for the FMTV wheels?

When I asked Dave about FMTV stems this is what he sent me. I'm not sure if they will fit or not. Hopefully someone can get some use out of those PN's
