    I wouldn't attach anything to the front axle. Too much movement. The axle shouldn't have anything pushing against the front of it. The push frames that go to the axle, go under it and push up, pivoting on pins on the front bumper. Maybe another brace to the frame toward the rear

    Those ends are bought pieces. You just weld your tube to them. They may be forged, stronger than cast. Wing plow brackets use them a lot.

    I wouldn't bother with chains if your keeping it on asphalt. Unless your doing some steep mountain pass or something.

    You have hydraulics already? Bed lift. Also your hydraulic power pack can be plumbed to allow both lift and angle. Either manually by swapping quick connects on the bumper or add an electric diverter valve. I had a Deuce that I made a similar mount for, I used the winch to raise and lower. It...
