I think it's awesome that you pop in here to give us some insight on the truck. Whether I like the build or not, I can almost always take something useful away from one the projects. [thumbzup]
It's not Conservative 4x4, it's Xtreme 4x4! :twisted:
I would think the stock air system would be taxed to keep up with air bags. It takes FOREVER (10-15 min?) as it is to fill up a tire. At that rate, just to fill up air bags is still going to take a bit.
It IS called Xtreme 4x4, it's not going to be a "stock" bobber. I wouldn't build a bed like that, but I'm very interested to see how it works with their Sami(?) back there. Ultimately, that's what the goal is, to have viewers interested in the show.
I'm excited to see this build. I imagine that some products that are often used will be incorporated. Here's a few things I'd like to see though...
1) A 5.9 12v Cummins with an Allison automatic behind it.
2) 20" double beadlock wheels with WIDE tires.
3) Cruise control, a stereo and A/C...
