Replaced passenger side axle seals, wheel bearings and bearing seals. After 45 minutes with a slide hammer and the axle seal not budging, we built a 5ft long slide hammer. Ended up ripping the thread out of the bar inside the axle, re-tapped that, proceeded to beat the ever loving **** out of... -

Took my front end apart today. Replaced wheel bearings, axle seals and the boot. Accidentally screwed up one of the seals, so the passenger side will be done next weekend. Went to drain the dff and it was **** near empty, Was pleasantly surprised that my front end is the newer UJoint style tho... -
What did you do to your deuce this week?
On Friday/Saturday I changes the hydraulic head in my buddies truck. On Sunday I spent the better part of 8 hours changing my tach cable. First time in the 3 years the tach has worked. The placement of the tach cable between the aircompressor belts is one of the worst I've ever done. -

Installed my cargo cover. Then proceeded to put about 700 miles this week driving around doing errands and what not. Never made more then 40 miles from my house, and loved every mile of it. -

Cranked the fuel way up. Can now hover around 1200ish on a good hard pull. Doesnt stall out in second anymore when ya let the clutch out. Changed the belts, changed fuel filters. And put about 150 miles on her.
