    '86 M998 Humvee issue with headlights and turnsignals

    Try putting a LED bulb in your turn signal switch itself. It's a T3 type, or BA9S I think. I think I figured out my problem to be aftermarket front LED housings, they don't have a high and low beam so the running lights just stay solid no matter how they're hooked up.
