GOT IT STARTED! I am well known for finding the hard way to do something. Last fall I charged up the batteries until each showed 12 volts no load (plus a little). What did you do to your deuce this week?
My son and I dropped the starter motor and I am trying to gather enough courage to take it apart. It (not the engine) locked up. I knew it was going to be heavy, so I had him put a strap around it before I pulled it off the studs.- KaiserM109

I got the blinkin' beast running right!! When I got it (June, 2007) I didn't know it, but it had a dead in-tank pump. Things were pretty good, for a non-turbo, but when I ran it out of fuel and got air into the lines my troubles started. Without a good tank pump, the IP boost pump just...- KaiserM109
