    Paypal will refund shipping on gifts according to email I got this week. Also they advertise"purchase protection" if item not as advertised.

    Totally agree. Damaged packaging, few rust spots are ok. But stored outside for months or years is not acceptable. I also ordered one and will report on condition when received. I do like the paypal paid return shipping!
