    24 Volt Buss to 12 volt Buss part unknown need help

    The bottom is the negative bus. The device connecting the two is a radio frequency snubber, three capacitors paralleled. This device absorbs high frequency noise from the starter when brushes contact new pads in the commutator. Only needed to prevent radio frequency interference.
