I noticed today that my tank is filled with a brown gunk that is sticky to the touch. I drained the tank and the fuel came out clean. The gunk is settled on the bottom of the tank and doesn't seem to be mixing with the fuel. I wiped as much as I could by sticking my hand in the tank but seems...
