    Yeah Rob I plan on doing that as well. A nice triangular piece bolted into the side of the bed and then welded or clamped to the crane mast.

    It does flex a little but not bad for a spare tire. I will be however adding a 24x24 5/16" plate under the crane between the bed then some gussets underneath. http://youtu.be/NRuGnxWOYAc

    Harbor freight pick up crane with hand crank winch. I'll be getting a 3500 lbs winch to put on it as well.

    Been awhile since I posted anything. I was kind of keeping quiet. Have since added a crane to the bed area and started the electric winch/storage add on. Also got a 42" and a 20" led light bar for Christmas. Also added the 8" sub. The video doesn't do this little guy justice at all...

    Been doing little things getting ready for winter. I just put the heater back in with new hoses and got my stereo system all worked out and I also finished wiring all my lights. I also installed led headlights too.

    I don't care oddshot haha but some might. Welldigger you are correct. I bought my 6 (down to 5 now ha) 14.00r20's for $400 and I'm hopefully getting 7 more at gilbert for $500. I'll never buy new and I mean never! I'll have lots of spares soon.
