    Have you done a paper test to see if its actual blow by, and not just air coming out from the rotating mass inside the crankcase? Here is an example (you can see light oil list spitting at first, but there is vacuum holding the paper in place):

    If the water separator was junk, make sure you also change out the inline strainer (just south of the primary pump, if you have one) as well as the small fuel filter before the metering pumps.

    I think the castle nut takes a 1.5" socket from memory, but do check the TM.

    Yeah good tip with the chains... guess I haven't had a trailered set in a while to forget that.

    Tires on these sets run the gamut in terms of safety and quality. Got any old Dana 60 8 lug rims and tires hanging around? Never hurts to bring a backup roller pair. Past that make sure the sets properly bolted down, check the center hub temp after 10-15 miles, but otherwise enjoy the ride.
