    I don't believe that will be possible. Probably have better luck finding someone who makes something similar, and find one that isn't an exact... but might work. Kind of like that company who makes the fuel level senders... KUS? Maybe they have a comparable beast.

    I've actually been spending the better part of the last half hour scouring the 'net.... seems none are available for sale at the moment. I found some for the 10K, but they are a different design (and longer). PM incoming.

    So now do the same thing with the double float assembly, just to confirm. Start with it unplugged, and turn the set to PRIME. Once set to prime and you hear the primary pump working, plug the aux fuel float back in. If its shorted the set should go quiet.

    I think you will find either the pump or the double float aux fuel sensor in the tank has shorted (I have had both do this). Take the cover off the fuel tank, and deenergize both. Plug one in at a time, and flip S1 to PRIME + AUX and see which is the culprit.
