Ok Guys, I called Memphis Equipement and asked for a whistling Turbo, I explained that mine didnt whistle and I wanted one that did. The parts man said they all whistle. I tried to explain to him that some dont and some do, 1C &1D. their mechanic said he only knows of one kind and it whistles...
