    Right you are. I don't think it will be an issue for him though. It isn't a street vehicle. It primarily rolls over the mountains at a slow pace. Probably goes 25 mph top speed between campsite and playground.

    Slapped together some quick flag pole mounts. One inch pipe makes a perfect sleeve for 3/4" electrical conduit.

    Here's a little more detail on the ladder, in case someone would like to make it. The top with the hooks is cut from 1\2" plates with a steel ladder rung sandwiched between. Sides are 1/4" strap.
