    My button under the steer wheel does work and when you have the PTO engaged you can press that to release the brakes to use the rear winch to pull you're shelf out I guess.

    I did find that the P2P software calls it a " PTO Linkage Control Valve"

    My M936 has that also, all of the A2's that I have seen did not have it. Sorry not much help with your problem.
