    Run a multifuel without coolant ?

    Drive it in like it is. There is still a lot of (I assume it has it) antifreeze in the block. If it did have antifreeze in it, which I assume it did since it is so cold there, then if you add water you will have to drain everything to get the proper antifreeze mix again when you refill it...
