    Does anyone "float the gears" when shifting M39/M809?

    Check your state law, but free wheeling is illegal in many states, for precisely the reasons mentioned above. Cheers

    Is there an advantage to shifting that way? I've always driven my 813 the way the military taught me - clutch in, blip throttle, shift, clutch out Cheers
