    The square body NP241 would also work and give you a 2.72 to 1 4 low ratio. Slightly better than the 208 at 2.62 to 1... Good find at the junkyard!!!

    From my understanding you shouldn't have to change the driveshafts as the 700R4 and the TH400 are roughly a 1/4" different in length...

    Here is a link to my truck. I've also watched yours on Portal as well... ORD's reputation is certainly excellent and I will continue assembling parts to lift mine. It is both good and bad that they didn't have more things on sale for black Friday... :whistle...
