The square body NP241 would also work and give you a 2.72 to 1 4 low ratio. Slightly better than the 208 at 2.62 to 1... Good find at the junkyard!!! -

From my understanding you shouldn't have to change the driveshafts as the 700R4 and the TH400 are roughly a 1/4" different in length... -

Here is a link to my truck. I've also watched yours on Portal as well... ORD's reputation is certainly excellent and I will continue assembling parts to lift mine. It is both good and bad that they didn't have more things on sale for black Friday... :whistle... -
