    Hmmm. Shooting from the hip, here, without looking at the diagrams: There is a BO kill switch next to the main switch. If you run the service light power through that switch, you could kill the service lights that way. But you'd need to supply power to the BO lights at the same time.

    See my thread on a jumper approach to disabling the BO lights. Leaves it in permanent service light position. I have the wiring diagram posted. You should be able to adapt it to your needs.
