@flyfishtrailer, believe me or not, but the truck is still in the garage and i had not the time to work on it, and lost a bit the motivation, shame on me :(
But I got the card from Hillbilly Wizard :)
Just need to focus back again, oh man :(
Hey guys,
Contacted John from the Hill Billy Wizard.
He has sended a card to me.
Maybe it will be there in one week.
Many thanks to Karl (antennaclimber).
I'm thinking about just using the contact on the glow card for the WAIT lamp (as it is functioning at the moment).
I mean, its providing ground during WAIT lamp is on.
I could use it, to energize an additional relay, which would provide ground to the glow plug relay.
OK, i would not have the...
Got the response today.
They have checked the card.
All components are ok except the IC.
They have said, that this IC has been created only for this special purpose and its not buyable here in Germany.
So, had someone such an 'IC' failure in the past and was able to repair it?
@319cssb, I...
Still waiting for the electronic shop response.
Checked the Hill Billy Wizard shop in the meanwhile.
It seems, that they dont offer this cards anymore.
Know someone this guys?
Is there also an other source for this cards?
Thank you.
Had today a closer look to the card.
Nothing strange, black or brocken pins.
Asked here a local electronic shop via email, if they can check the card.
Let's see.
If i understood it right, a transistor has always 3 pins, collector (C), basis (B) and emitter (E).
But this one 4, I mean it has 3...
Anyway, have connected a new temp sensor.
It showed me 4.6 Ohm @ 11 degree celsius.
I hope this is ok so.
Taking the sensor in my hands, decreases the resistance.
Put the card back, with the same result, WAIT lamp is on, but no ground on the light blue cable
Do I miss something, or is the card...
Hello friends,
done today some measurements.
1) Connected the ohm meter to the ground and to the light blue cable, which is normally sitting on the glow plug relay.
Then switched the ignition on.
Ohmmeter showed me 0 Ohm, WAIT light went on and didn't go out anymore, till I disconnected the...
Have connected a new temp sensor 'BECK/ARNLEY 1580536'

It looks like, i dont have enough rights to reply here.
I will try anyway.
Thank you guys for your help.
Will check today evening the continuity of the light blue wire.
Thank you guys for your help.
@319cssb, i need to investigate, what the costs would be, to sent it from here to you.
@antennaclimber, you mean following procedure, please correct me, if i'm wrong:
1) Disconnect the light Blue wire from the GP relay
2) Connect the ohmmeter to the ground and to...
Hey guys,
I have the following situation with the glow plug system:
In my garage it is around plus 10 celsius degree.
1) switch on the ignition
2) PNK/BLK-39B delivers 12V on the glow plug relay, wait light is on, but LT BLU-505 doesn't deliver ground to the glow plug relay. This leads into a...
