    Fussy Hmmwv, not so smart systems gremlins. If kicking the tires and fumbling with the wires fixes it... keep the triple A card handy. I know that's not what we want to hear, but magically working again is a little spooky and it's still September. Boo !! CAM

    Yes it does. Has simple logic to lock-out starter (shifter neutral safety switch) and (engine running feed from alternator).
