Here is the GP explanation of the SF97, nowhere does it say you will be entitled to an on road title, in fact it says "off road use"

Yes, my 93 M998 SF97 came with a "off road use only" stamp
But it did not say "clean SF97" in the sale, it said "standard SF97" farther down in the sale just like all sales have that I looked at.
I am not sure when GP says "clean title" or "clean SF97" that they are implying that it means it is for on highway use, I have never seen it defined.
Edit: In Texas generally a "clean" title means a title unencumbered by liens
