    The reasnon I asked if the headlights worked is because if you have NOTHING it is unlikely the EESS box. Leaving the run switch on should not normally burn up anything.

    Do the headlights work? Did you disconnect the batteries while charging them? Randomly replacing parts is a poor way to fix an issue, you will learn much more by actually troubleshooting the system.
