Considering the amount of work is involved the 25 bucks or so the O rings cost is cheap insurance.

Notice it lists the rims they fit, the early 12 bolt wheels are different.
It is best to replace it, if it looks OK (still round and not flattened) you can sometimes get away with it.
ONLY use the o rings from folks like Kascar, HPG, AMG, they will be red, all the ones I have seen or tried from others are orange and are total crap and do not fit
No, there is a bead lock/run flat in the tire, you cannot change it with a machine, you MUST split the rim.
Even if the run flat/bead lock was removed there is no "drop center" to allow the tire to be removed, no way around splitting the rim.
