    I to would like to add WI as a state that I'll never live in but I've been here all my life it just seems to be getting worse. And yes the idiots have come to roost in Madison, we just need to vote them out ASAP.

    So it sounds like the people who use there MV for hauling, construction, farming, etc would be stuck unable to use the trucks for there intended purpose. The limitations are worse than if you had collector plates on your truck. Unless I'm reading something wrong, this sucks.
