    Duals on M929A2

Sorry Toby, yes the pic above is what I had meant, but if I had wanted to space it out some (not ideal) then I was referring to having a flat spacer behind it that could be beveled if we wanted it to. Which DOM tubing happened to be the right ID and OD? Wes, Thats the same file I found and used...

    Duals on M929A2

Shoot, on the stock stud my nuts only have 3/8" of threads showing. Even if I was to run just one of those wheels I would have to change the studs anyways. If I'm gonna have to do that I might as well see if I can get studs with a minimum of 4" in threaded length. I was thinkin, instead of usin...

    Duals on M929A2

Simp, I'm not tryin to fight ya over this, never was my intentions at all. I like the idea of duals in the rear for a wider and more stable stance as well as the increased weight loading. To each his own, I just don't like the idea having to custom mod each drum or hub. I don't mind pressing on...

    Duals on M929A2

My bad, I do believe you did say it was your trailer, I just obviously wasn't thinkin straight and I don't blame you at all for not wanting to get out in the heat for something you cant finish anyways. If the hub mating flange on the wheel is 1" as your picture shows then I would rather slight...

    Duals on M929A2

I'm curious know as well, sounds like it could be worth the effort so long as I'm not deviating too far from the beaten path so to speak.

    Duals on M929A2

I had assumed that it was more than a mockup. Do the inner wheels still center up correctly on the axles?

    Duals on M929A2

I was hoping that was not the rim he was referring to. Well I guess if they're rated for that much it'll do me just fine, not sure what Toby's intended weight will be, but I'm guess mine will be close to 35k in the rear. Only real downfall to using the smaller tires will be my reduced speed on...

    Duals on M929A2

Is there steel rims we can use? I don't particularly care for using Alum rims on something I have heavily loaded. This definitely opens up some options for me. I like the SuperSingles but I doubt that I'll like them as much with a fully fitted container house on the back of the truck.

    Duals on M929A2

I though those rims were the splits simp? Obviously not as I can see a ton of rim studs. Are the 12r20s available "new" like the 395s are? That may be something for me to consider since I'll have the 20' ISO container at nearly max height, so this may end up helping with stability if I feel I...
