but when i was doing the engine rebuild i looked in the flywheel houseing of the transaxle. and seen welding for the pull starter and a friend of mine told me that they would do that to upgrade the engine to the 2 cly...
i don't know i gave all the info that was on the side data plate checked it twice it look's perfect doesn't look like someone tried to imprint the numbers and letters them selfs. i'll give a pic ASAP for you 2 look at
