    . Absolutely to the driving. Same as most other MV's is my guess. Driving is accomplished with both feet flat on the floor!

    . Don't know the real details but I saw in another forum something about single digit percentage of the $256k of the new price. Can't imagine that GP was willing for forgo their percentage. All just rumor though.
